When you work with Gopher Wood, we take care of every step, from concept to completion, from blueprints, building permits, utility locates, and engineering services to connecting you with interior designers—we’ve got it covered. We supply, deliver, and provide professional installation for all of our projects. Even with complex builds, our experienced team ensures every detail is managed with expertise and care.
Keeping it Local: We work with local suppliers, engineers, building inspectors, building contractors and sub-trades.
Warranties - We guarantee our workmanship for 1 year.
Warranties - We support our clients in securing warranties from any product supplier we use.
WSIB - We are licensed and fully insured with WSIB.

Builders: Payment terms are Net 30 unless otherwise arranged.

Private Customers: A deposit is required, with the balance due according to the agreed payment schedule.

Special Orders: Require a 50% deposit prior to commencement, with the balance due upon completion.

Cancellations: Deposits may be non-refundable if a project is cancelled.

A. During the planning and design stage of your your project. Gopher Wood representatives will work with you providing consultative services during the planning process as well as technical assistance and if the project warrants, we will work closely with architects/ engineers prior to construction. Gopher Wood is here to serve you. To speak to a representative, please from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Monday to Friday and until 3:00 p.m. Saturday.
